Who is TK Loh
I started my real estate career in the year 2012 with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd. Before, I was holding a regional role at a US-listed company, overseeing business developments in Asia. I am so glad and fortunate that my role exposed me to the Asia economy, and types of investment products, and met global partners who later became my real estate clients.
My properties investment
I made investments in both residential and commercial properties during the years 2013 and 2014 after the implementation of cooling measures such as TSDR, MSR, LTV, ABSD, etc. During this time, a large number of investors and buyers stopped making real estate investments, and the market changed from a seller to a buyer market. With the right assessment, I was able to secure a fantastic investment opportunity that others would have avoided. My investment property’s worth and ability to be sold for a profit increased significantly in 2019.
My investments experience
I strongly believe investors have the right to comprehend and evaluate various investing options. I personally invested in real estate, stocks, and commodities. Bon my knowledge and experience, I am happy to compare the risks, ROI/ROE of real estate, and other investments.
What have I done for my clients
Many of my clients have received my advice on how to upgrade from their HDB to multiple properties investment. Other than selling, buying, and/or leasing Singapore properties, I am capable of advising buyers on mortgage loans, and options to minimize ABSD on residential properties and ensure clients are financially covered in the next 5 to 10 years’ route map.
